Beyond the Dunes was an all-day event organised by Kerzner International for their 300+ Middle East travel agents and their families, to just enjoy themselves and have a great time; but of course, it was an excellent occasion to increase the hype around their luxury resorts and make agents connected to their brands before the summer season.
Based at NOFA Wildlife Park - considered to be the most elite and luxurious get-away resort which is just an hour away from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, the day was tailored to offer an environment whereby connections could take place in a suitably relaxed manner, which is far more effective for those in the hospitality industry. The event has longevity beyond the actual event itself by providing everlasting memories. Alongside the event Kerzner were seeking to drive the message through to wider audiences and stakeholders via social media and word of mouth.
OUR APPROACH
To develop a creative direction and brand for the event which runs through all materials created.
From mobile apps customised for the event to allow agents to find all the information including agendas, reminders, location maps and a lot more, as well as allow push notifications pre, during and post the event.
To providing a simple web page to which agents are directed following the receipt of their personal invitation to the event, for their RSVP and additional details to be recorded.
To design and print all artwork for the event and other promotional giveaways allowing any visitors to take away a memory jogger of the day.
And finally ensuring the approach is consistent across all offline materials and digital presence and keeping it aligned with Kerzner’s values.
