Brooks & Wood Ltd

Founded in 1974, Brooks & Wood Ltd are an Ipswich based building and civil engineering company with a broad range of expertise across a variety of different sectors. Their projects range from highly complex civil engineering schemes to new build housing and educational facilities.

Having seen some previous works undertaken by Integrated Ideas, we were engaged by Brooks & Wood for initial discussions regarding the design and build of their first company website. Following these initial discussions and the subsequent brief that came about as a result of these, we came up with a simple yet modern design to fit this brief.

The website was designed to be responsive and mobile-friendly. The grid layout utilised ensures that the site adapts to all platforms without losing its visual identity. The site makes great use of imagery to show off the works carried out by Brooks & Wood, with projects being neatly organised by sector.

Hosted on our dedicated cloud-based servers, the Brooks & Wood website uses Integrated Ideas’ proprietary content management system. This allows the guys at Brooks & Wood to update the majority of the site content, including the imagery, body content, metadata, navigation, adding and managing pages and more.
