Kerzner Family Fun Day

A vibrant, feel-good celebration for Kerzner International – Razzle Dazzle brought colour, energy, and joy to their agent event in Riyadh. From bold branding to playful merchandise, every detail captured the spirit of fun and appreciation.

Following the success of our work on the previous years ‘Beyond the Dunes’ event, we were approached once more by Kerzner to develop their next agent relationship event at Nofa Wildlife Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, which brings together agents and their families for a fun day to say “thank you!” for their custom throughout the year.

The Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Kerzner International had recently fallen in love with the phrase ‘Razzle Dazzle’ to promote the event and with great news, we were advised we could also disregard the Kernzer brand guidelines for this particular event so therefore were able to create something that was truly playful, fun and eye-catching.

Our Approach

Our first port of call was creating a logo and theme/style for the event. Being a “fun day”, we chose a design route with various illustrated elements to grab attention and be lively, colourful showpieces which would appeal to both the children and adults alike.

The Razzle Dazzle branding was used across a whole host of merchandise and on-site materials which consisted of road signs for the main travel route to the Resort, handouts on arrival, and a branded welcome kit to both the adults and children. The adults received a bag that contained a cap, small towel, box of chocolates, polo shirt and mug, whilst the kids received a branded ruck sack containing a t-shirt, cap, and an eight-page bespoke colouring book and jigsaw. Outside of this were branded water bottles and balloons for giveaways at the event.

The on-site materials consisted of triangle banners, backdrops, flags, signage, stage skirting and an entrance ark.

A lovely full mix of deliverables, all flowing nicely on from the initial invitation email.
